Finance Assistant (Part-Time – 3 Days a Week)

What you’ll be doing:

• Process daily cash ups from venues.
• Processing company credit card statements.
• Process petty cash for all venues.
• Support the purchase ledger function with coding and processing.
• Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements.
• Oversee and manage the finance emails and be the first point of contact to external parties.
• Work closely with other members of the finance team to support growth within the team.
• Support the Management Accountant with any ad-hoc duties
