Join us as a Kitchen Trainer and we can offer you a package of up to £16.26 per hour including Tip Jar.

Are you driven by developing others? Are you an experienced chef that can inspire, train, coach and motivate? We are looking for the right person who can help us develop teams of chefs who will set the standard for our authentic southern style food and hospitality. If you hold the qualities to develop others and help them to master their craft, then you might have the spark and sizzle we are looking for!

Who are we looking for?

• If you have got previous experience in training and coaching others then great, but if not, we can help you learn and grow these skills.
• Fully embrace and role model the Hickory’s culture
• Role models the highest standards in our kitchens, and can lead from the front on every section
• Ability to motivate, coach, train and develop your team to the Hickory's standard.
• Passionate about delivering an amazing fresh food experience and developing the team to reach their full potential.
• Being  the person others feel comfortable going to for advice and guidance.
• Always sharing best practice but with the element of creativity in how you develop others
• A great communicator, comfortable in helping others to grow through positive feedback
