🤠 We’re looking for a Head Bartender!

As our Head Bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar leading from the front, keeping standards sky-high and making sure every drink that leaves the pass is something to be proud of.

You’ll be a role model for the team, helping develop our bartenders, championing great service and working alongside the management team to make our bar the favourite community bar in the area.

🍸 What will you be doing?

• Leading the bar team through busy shifts and keeping the good times rolling
• Coaching and developing bartenders to build their skills and confidence
• Championing Hickory’s drinks, cocktails and product knowledge
• Making sure our bar standards are consistently on point
• Keeping the bar organised, efficient and ready for action
• Helping with stock, ordering, wastage and bar costs
• Creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and the team
• Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the bar
• Being the person the team can rely on when the pressure is on
• Leading the way on engaging the “regulars” and the local community.
